It is hereby informed that the data submission on the Data Capture System (DCS) for participation in India Rankings 2026 has been successfully completed by your institution.
As per the NIRF guidelines, it is mandatory that the complete DCS Report (PDF copy of the data submitted on the portal), including the faculty list, to be uploaded on the homepage of the institution’s official website. The same is required to be made available through a clearly visible and prominent link titled “NIRF”.
In this regard, the following may be noted:
The DCS Report is required to be uploaded for each discipline/vertical applied for, in cases where submissions have been made under multiple disciplines.
The DCS report is required to be hosted on the institution’s website for a minimum period of three years.
The DCS Report must be publicly accessible, and no form of user authentication (such as login credentials, email ID, mobile number, or one-time password (OTP)) should be required for viewing.
Institutions should also provide a functional email address on their website where they can receive comments and feedback regarding the published data.
Institutions should proactively and objectively examine the comments and feedback received and effect corrections, if warranted (within the time slot to be announced by NIRF on its website).
The DCS Report may be downloaded by logging into the DCS portal at the following link:

It is further informed that institutions failing to upload the submitted data on their website, or those not maintaining an official website, shall be liable for appropriate action as per the applicable rules.
The responsibility for ensuring that the DCS Report displayed on the homepage is accurate and complete rests with the Nodal Officer and the participating institution. The authenticity and correctness of the data submitted shall remain the sole responsibility of the applicant institution.
